At Thueia, we believe good food shouldn’t go to waste. That’s why we are creating a network of minimarket (T-Express) outlets and Community Shops across the country. These stores will offer perfectly good food and other products at amazing discounts!

Thueia Lunaz electric refuse vehicle

We’re proud to boast Angola’s largest fleet of electric refuse collection vehicles (eRCVs) across both our Industrial & Commercial and Municipal divisions! These aren’t your average garbage trucks – they’re clean, quiet machines that are helping us reduce emissions and improve air quality for everyone.

We’re always looking for ways to make our collections more efficient and sustainable. In 2022-2023, we achieved a fantastic 7% increase in route efficiency by focusing on compaction technology and optimizing collection routes. This wasn’t just good for saving time, it was a big win for the environment!

We believe our people are our greatest asset, and that’s why keeping everyone safe and healthy is our top priority. This means not just preventing accidents on the job, but also supporting the mental and emotional well-being of our colleagues.

By investing in our people, we’re creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work. It’s a win-win for everyone!

We believe a strong team comes from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. That’s why we’re committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to be their best selves. By creating a workplace where everyone feels like they belong, we’re not just doing the right thing – we’re also building a stronger, more successful company.

we believe in making a positive difference, not just for the environment, but for our communities too. Here’s how we’re working to empower people and create a better tomorrow

Helping People Thrive: Through our Company Shop Group’s “Community Hubs,” we offer employment programs and training academies. These initiatives equip young people and those facing challenges with the skills and confidence they need to land jobs and build successful careers – that’s the kind of impact that makes us proud!

Nurturing Nature: We’re passionate about protecting our planet’s biodiversity. That’s why we’ve set an ambitious goal to manage 30% of our land for wildlife and habitat preservation.
